Overall a positive experience
The hotel itself met with our usual expectations. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with good warm pressure from the shower. The magnifying mirror was a nice touch. On arriving I was greeted with a somber welcome by the registrant. She was not rude but certainly not welcoming. The restaurant food was ok and the waitress was nice but service was very slow at the start and the amplitude of noise was uncomfortable. I would suggest adding two bottles of water in the rooms so the patrons do not need to draw water out of the bathroom sinks.

Outstanding!
We were there for the pro bowl riders show in February 2025. The entire staff from registration to restaurant to maid service to valet service was outstanding. The hotel was clean and a very nice experience. The hotel is centrally, located downtown within walking distance of various points of interest. And everywhere we went in Youngstown we were greeted with friendly faces. Bravo.

Spacious and comfortable
Great secure location, comfortable beds and pillows. Our floor was very quiet. I do wish our room had a bathtub, but not a big deal. Parking was an extra fee, but expected for a downtown hotel. The weather was bad the weekend we stayed and it seemed like the crew was really trying to keep walkways clear.

Nice hotel, bad service
Was pretty disappointed with this stay. Checkin was terrible, the woman at the front desk was very unhelpful. Tried to connect to the internet, said my room wasn’t correct. Called the front desk, they sent up 3 people to my room to assist. They had to log in with their own information, as mine wouldn’t work. Went down to get toothpaste because I forgot mine and they gave us a used toothpaste container. When checking out, we needed information on how to get out of the hotel parking area and they said we were never even checked in (internet problem solved). Beautiful hotel, beautiful room and amazing views but the customer service was terrible.

We stayed here overnight during our long drive home for the holidays. It is a gorgeous hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a wonderful, helpful staff! The restaurant was beautifully decorated with delicious food and great service. Parking is easy - the lot is literally next door to the hotel. This property is a real gem and I will stay here again if I am ever in the area.
