Location of the hotel is perfect for the area. Probably the only positive i could find. Staff seemed incapable and slow. Facilities were basic and parking is not suited for the hotel

On arrival they did not have my booking despite showing receipt for full payment they were happy to turn me away then all of a sudden they found booking. Very poor service and lack of care

Family room was big enough for 2 Adults and 3 children. All staff were polite and helpful. We were impressed with the food choices for breakfast. Great stay!

Peaceful and clean! Really loved my stay, thank you so much travel lodge. Next time I will make sure I expand the check out time as I was a bit rushed.

Our stay was fine, adequate. What you'd expect really. The room was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The only issue was parking, which was full when I arrived and I was advised to use the multi-storey across the road at my own expense. Luckily a space freed up on site and I was able to squeeze my car in, but not having a space guaranteed was not ideal.

Cleanliness: Room was ok on arrival but no cleaning services were provided for our 2 night stay. Staff: Good, helpful. Facilities: Our bathroom was too congested. Didn't have inside locking mechanism & no exhaust fan. Bathroom & tub bath plug is non-pop type so not very hygienic & user friendly. No cupboard to hang clothes. Location: lot of shopping facilities within walking distance, station nearby so helpful. Parking: limited on site availablity but there is large paid parking space available across road at reasonable price.
