Horrible
Horrible. Got there around 5:30pm and they didn’t have a room ready for me. We got it around 8 pm. Traveling with small children was difficult after a long flight all we wanted to do is rest. The bathroom and rooms were not clean very well. The manager Justin was very nice and compensate us for one night and waved the $25 fee per day. But I wound never stayed there again.

They charge me $25 extra dollars for not reason and they force me to use those $25 in breakfast or anything from the bar. The day that I was leaving I asked in the front desk to reduce those $25 from what I paid for my breakfast and they told me that is the deduction from taxes when I already paid eve the day that I book my room. They are stilling money and did already with me

Amazing Moxy
I cannot rate Robert high enough for his excellent service. He was so attentive, accommodating and helpful every time we walked into the hotel. Being from South Mississippi we had low expectations for hospitality, but he more than exceeded our expectations. I will defintely stay at this hotel again.
