"One of two elevators was out and ice machine on 2nd floor was out of service. Apparently some kids were jumping in elevator and caused the outage but caused major inconvenience for all! Staff very friendly and mostly clean facilities. Very convenient location - close to downtown and a public

"What a lovely stay! At first glance, we were disappointed that the pool was small and crowded. The let down was well surpassed by the overall friendliness, cleanliness, and comfort of this hotel! From check-in to check-out a big 5 ⭐️ stars. The beds were super cozy, the breakfast delicious. Each staff member went above and beyond. The short walk to downtown Dunedin was simple, safe, and fun with my teenagers. A great location if you plan to visit Honeymoon island

"Cute, quaint, large and well-equipped space. Complete with kitchenette and a nice size shower and bathroom. It's everything you need, very clean, nice area, close to beaches and restaurants. We really enjoyed it! My only issue is the bed. The mattress was firm and it hurt my hips. I would recommend a memory foam topper that could be removed for those who like firm mattresses and also accommodate people like me who prefer more cushion. "

I reserved this hotel so that my son and family can have a good time in the pool and in the Jacuzzi for his birthday and the Jacuzzi had been broken apparently for months I was very disappointed. The water in the pool was too cold so they weren’t really able to enjoy that.
