This is a very bare-bones hotel. A few rooms. No place to hang towels. Only tea/instant coffee and store-bought pastries for breakfast. Dangerous staircase. But clean, safe and very close to center.

Friendly, warm and welcoming
Juan and his family and whoever else attended to me were helpful, prompt and extremely accommodating. Their location was definitely a huge plus point as everything was within walking distance. They responded to my WhatsApp queries and requests to the best of their abilities and helped me keep my luggage safe while I went on a day excursion.
No hesitation to come back again if I wanted a short stay

The location is good but the condition of the property is very bad. Breakfast is very basic (nothing is fresh).
The owners demand locking the front door, I guess because they don’t want to sit in reception, but it makes it very difficult when a few people share a room, and very not safe in case of an emergency

Very close to the central part of town. 1 block away from the Western Union. Most tour operators and airport transfer services would do hotel pick ups from Hotel Los Lagos. Although an older building, the facilities is clean and well maintained. The front desk is not always staffed but any needs can be communicated to staff through WhatsApp. Breakfast of pastries, instant coffee, tea & mate are left outside the room every evening for the next morning. There is a 17 liter spring water dispenser and an electric kettle in the room. Quiet street, other than a few cars driving by in the morning.

部屋は広くはないが快適で、コストパフォーマンス高い。スタッフもとても丁寧。
徒歩１分のところにNativa Restaurante & Cervecería Artesanalというレストランがあり、安くて美味しく店員さんのサービス、笑顔も良い。
物価の高いエルカラファテでは貴重。

Me parece lindo, muy bien ubicado! Solo q no nos hicieron limpieza nunca d la habitación, dijeron q la hacian cada 3 dias y no fue asi. Es importante cuidar ese aspecto

Cumple con lo básico, a la llegada la chica de recepción no fue mi cálida con el recibimiento, por la tarde ya fue amable con el grupo. Falta mantenimiento, la puerta del baño no servía correctamente y era muy ruidosa.

The owner is trying their best to make everything good. We enjoy the services they offered. But the hotel is not noise-proof. We are suffering for the family living next to our room. Their kid is screaming and crying from first day to the end. We have none of sound sleep until we leave.

Muy buena ubicación y atención pero....
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado a dos cuadras de la avenida principal. La gente es muy amable y el desayuno esta muy rico.
El problema es con las habitaciones 1, 2, 6 y 7 que están en planta baja y a demasiado cerca de la recepción y el area del desayuno, con lo que son muy ruidosas a la noche, si alguien esta cenando o durante el desayuno.

Quarto apertado e sem muita privacidade, pois as janelas dão de frente para outros quartos, assim, precisa ficar com a cortina fechada sempre. Café da manhã muito pobre. Num dos dias, faltou pães para o meu grupo. Wi-fi fraco. Não há cofre.

Passei apenas uma noite no hotel. Fiquei no quarto 6 e acho que precisam consertar de maneira urgente o sanitário que está solto e quase me causou um acidente. O café da manhã é simples, porém gostoso. Porém, se seu passeio sairá próximo as 7 da manhã, melhor comprar um lanche na padaria na noite anterior. Vimos alguns hóspedes que precisaram sair sem comer.
Os atendentes são muito simpáticos, quartos limpos e cama confortável, localização perfeita. Me hospedaria tranquilamente por mais dias.

Localização excelente e um ótimo custo- beneficio. Pessoal interessado, prestativo e gentil, disposto a ajudar td o momento. Os quartos eram simples e confortáveis, ótima Wifi. Uma excelente opção de acomodação para quem pretende explorar a natureza e deseja um bom banho e cama para se recuperar.
