Great stay
Great experience. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful, especially Jason from the front desk. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of things within walking distance. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful New Year holiday!
My fife and I spent a wonderful 5 days during a New Year holiday season. The room was clean, all facility was working. Full kitchen was a big advantage for us. Pretty good location with walking distance to almost everything. The only one remark. If you are a lover of late breakfast, you may stay hungry.

The rooms are spacious and clean.. most of the places are walking distance from the hotel, we took uber to most places though. The concierge was fast and efficient. Only advise is, dont go there with your car, the valet parking was 59USD.

Quick Trip to Chicago
The location is downtown but a bit of a walk from Michigan Ave. (magnificent mile). It is closer to the train station - brown and red line. Also, a bit of a walk from attractions such as, Cloud gate or Willis tower but the walk is doable. The hotel is north of the river and is pet friendly. I recommend this hotel since it is budget friendly, there's a mini kitchen (perfect for families with children), the staffs are super helpful and the luggage storage is free. There's also free breakfast which was very delicious. Breakfast ends at 9am (which is a bit early). I was surprised how busy the street is. You could hear a lot of sirens during the evening. Overall, very clean and spacious hotel and made our stay in Chicago very comfortable!

Dissappinting service and rude staff
Location is fine and convenient, rooms are clean. But front desk and other hotel staff were rude. No one had mentioned that all the gym and fitness facilities would be closed, no valley either, breakfast was a joke - a bottle of water and granola bar. All in all very disappointing service. Not coming back to that place for sure.

Stay in the age of Covid-19
Hotel was good. Following Covid-19 protocol, so breakfast was a grab and go granola bar and a water, but was something. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Would stay there again.
