Repeat customer. Stayed multiple times. Had a disappointing experience at the Ourland restaurant. Asked if all the amenities at property were working at check in. Told yes. However herbal steam room was out of order & massage jet shower also not working. Offered a welcome gift as a hotels.com gold member that didn’t arrive & then made to feel like I had stolen it when finally delivered when I followed up about it. It’s all about the staff that can make it a great an experience. Property always clean & comfortable rooms / bedding.
