Great location, bad shower!
The location is great, pretty close of Michigan Avenue where has great places to go and visit in walking distance. The room looks new, it might be just refurbished and it was nice, clean with a huge flat TB screen. The down side was the shower with a low pressure water flow, which I wasn’t sure expected for this hotel grade,

Not the greatest stay. Was told by email upgrade would be $25 per night. Got charged $30. Was told i have a daily credit for $25 to spend at the restaurant and store. They did not honor this. Was told room would have view of lake. Impossible viewing angle. Yesterday after a day out in chicago, came back to room to the door open.
