A delightful gem in an amazing little town. John and Arthur were perfect hosts. The inn is just a two minute walk to Mt Dora’s historic downtown. Could not ask for a better location or better hosts. This charming inn is over 100 years old but it has all the modern amenities and just a relaxing ambience. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Will stay here again. The Adora Inn and Mt Dora… could not ask for a better combination.

It was our first time visiting mount dora and they had a map of the town and gave us so much information and recommendations that help us tremendously. Our room was beautiful and very clean. A great 1920's B&B in Mount Dora

The Adora Inn B&B is simply the best place to stay in Central Florida. The 1920's vintage home is lovingly maintained and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is a highlight and not to be missed. An added benefit is the easy 3 block walk into the very center of town with all its many shops, restaurants and charm. The on-site parking is private and plentiful.

What wonderful hosts, John and Arthur — welcoming, accommodating, and thoughtful, and the inn is stimulating and well appointed. Super short walk to town. We stayed in the Vanilla Room, which we highly recommend — kind of like staying in a castle tower. Great choice for an inn in a town that is the most un-Florida-like place we’ve found down here. Hills, rolling boulevards, heritage live oaks, brick-paved open spaces, and all roads can take you to the lake. !!!!

Stay Away if u plan on scheduling flight after 7pm

They refused to check us in. Very child like responses when communicating with us. A standard check in time from 3:00-7:00pm which was never sent to us however on their site it does. I’ve used Hotels.com for yearrrrrs and have never been refused to check in. My flight got in an hour late so they basically stopped responding after they told us to find other accommodations. Lots of flights come in after 7:00pm people.
