I visited twice on a business trip. The first time was flawless; the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, housekeeping was just terrible on the second trip, when I took two other staff members with me. Amenity, location, and price is all good. Hope they improve the housekeeping condition.

Best hotel in Yongin-si
The hotel is the best. We go there yearly because the workers there are nice. They even helped with flight issues since there was an language barrier!

호텔가격대비는 훌륭합니다. 이 가격에 조식까지 준비해주시고, 어메니티 왕창, 바닥난장이 돼서 엄청 따뜻하고 침구가편안했어요.
다만, 화장실쪽이 오픈되어있는점(간유리는 되어있어요), 청소가 살짝미흡, 변기물이 잘안내려갔던점은 아쉬웠어요.
주차는 주차타워였지만, 직원분께서 주차해주시고 출차10분전에 룸에서 요청하면 차 빼주시고, 편하게 무료로 이용했습니다. 다음 출장때도 이용하고 싶습니다.
주변이 모텔 호텔촌이고 가까운 식당은 없네요; 편의점은있어요

시설은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 들어가서 얼마후에 실내에 담배냄새가 심하게 났으며, 에어드레서는 있지만 작동이 되다 말고, 그 안에서 조차 담배냄새가 났습니다. 첨엔 작동되더니 중간에 멈춤, 옷은 스팀이 되다 말아서 축축한 상태로 입었습니다.
