The hotel provided a smooth and efficient check-in experience, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, there was significant traffic noise, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Although the booking mentioned free bottled water, there was none provided in the room. You get to get it from the drinking water tap in the lobby.
Additionally, I was quite disappointed with the staff's behavior. When we checked-in the carpet was wet and when we informed the receptionist, I was told that there is no room service to take care of the same.
The booking mentioned that toothbrushes and toothpaste were available (upon request) and bathroom slippers, but when I inquired about it, the receptionist not only refused but did so in an unprofessional, rude and dismissive manner. This was not the level of service I expected. I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the guest experience.
