In a pinch

The best part was the receptionist - she was wonderful. Bar staff was shouting and dismissive. The mattress was slipping all over the foundation of the bed all night. Police in the parking lot that were called into the Lobby to investigate an incident on another floor. They were searching for a man that wanted access to a room. Not building a lot of confidence.

This hotel is a toilet! The place is falling apart and I understand why. The maintenance man was complaining when a guest requested his hot water work. There are many other hotels in the area that have to be better!

Poor maintenance

The condition of the room was not good. The closet had an old water leak on the ceiling so it smelled like mildew. The sink in the bathroom did not drain at all and you could tell this was not a new problem. We think the sink leaked into the bathroom floor, after taking a shower the entire bathroom floor was wet. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when we left to report these items to, because the airport shuttle driver was also the front desk clerk.

Upon arrival and checking in I greeted the staff and let her know I had an reservation for that day. She begins to take my identification card, fine. She then begins to give me an invoice to sign. While singing she then states. "Also there will be a $50.00 deposit for incidentals." Which I believe should have been posted on the site or somehow before hand. Getting into the room the room was very hot I cut the air on and it wasn't getting cool I cut it all the way down to 60 degrees, I then begin to sweat. I let the receptionist know my air isn't working she told me " Give it and hour or so." I did... Came back down an 1 hour later she was gone. I asked for another room only to be told that they were fully booked. The entire night I suffered from being hot going outside multiple times. My guest and I weren't pleased at all. Upon checking out I addressed it again and that receptionist stated she would get me between 50-100% of the money back. I've yet to hear from them. The furniture was old and outdated the mattress OH MY GOODNESS

Older property that's a bit run-down. Next to the highway, so noise can be an issue. Bathroom recently updated, small but nice. Comfortable bed and reasonable rates. Staff was good about switching my room to a quieter side of the hotel

Great Staff

The hotel is centrally and conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are a little outdated, particularly the bathrooms which needs to be a little larger. The rooms were clean. Overall, what we loved was the Bar and Grill. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Loved the happy hour vibe and food. But most importantly, one of the staff members made us feel welcomed. Jojo. She was friendly and made our experience at the hotel enjoyable!!!

Dangerous

The walk in shower was poorly maintained. Continuous dripping of water. When used the entire bathroom floor was flooded making a hazardous situation. The staff were friendly and courteous. The facility was dated and a little shabby but clean.
