The room and hotel were very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well decorated and updated. We rarely saw staff members although we didn't need them. The restaurant in the hotel, Crave, was delicious and beautiful. We did purchase snacks from the front desk which were stale. All in all I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This is my first time staying at Hotel Indigo. The staff was amazing. I had to keep adding nights and they were so accommodating. The room was just right. My experience at the Hotel Indigo was fantastic. Sandy was absolutely amazing:! She went above and beyond to made an already stressful trip so comfortable and truly made us feel at home. Larry was also amazing, making sure that my daughter and I got to all her appointments on time, and back to the hotel safely. He also helped ensure in so many ways that our stay was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend staying here!!

We had a single queen room. It was modern but a little tight for 2 suitcases. The lobby and check-in desks are on the 2nd floor which wasn't immediately clear to us when we arrived. The location is a 7-15 minute walk for many Mayo appointments. Parking was $16/day but very convenient if added during check-in. Based on my experience this is the same price you'd pay at any other garages downtown. Had a gym. No pool. There was a nice looking restaurant right off of the lobby where you could order meals and room service from.

Staff were super helpful. Sandy was especially helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was very good…highly recommend. The room was clean but our bedside lamps didn’t work properly. They would flicker and turn off and on. The rooms are clean and simple. I’d stay again.
