I had just stayed in a larger, well-known chain hotel for a conference and was wildly disappointed by that stay - so discovering the NH Collection Antwerp was a joy; everything was excellent, from the welcome to the facilities and the level of detail. It was exactly what I was missing from the bigger chain, which had previously felt very high-end - NH Collection did a much better job all around.

Steps from Antwerp central rail station this property is modern and convenient if you’re coming by train. Also the Antwerp zoo is very close if you have little ones. It’s a bit of a hike to old city but overall great stay and will be back.

The staff were without exception courteous and polite. The room was spotless, spacious and very quiet. An added bonus was the close proximity to Antwerp Station (though you would never know it) as we were travelling by train.
All in all a great stay.

Close to station
Great location for rail users. Hotel was quiet despite being so close to the tracks. Good beds and room size. Downside was no restaurant service on Sunday and trek back to the centre to get anything to eat. Service staff helpful.
