Classy hotel
Lovely hotel, friendly staff in hotel and restaurant where the veg burger was good. Quite a bit of noise from the roads outside but didn’t stop me sleeping. Parking secure on site, it’s quite a way from city centre but local buses and uber worked a treat

Convenient from motorway. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy checkin and out. Food was average. The pool and gym area were great. Unfortunately the hotel corridor smelled of cigarettes.

We chose this hotel for the third time due to its spacious Queen beds.
The mattress provides a very good nights sleep and the price for the room is reasonable.

Great location in Antwerp
We chose this hotel for the location. Check in went fine. Room wasn’t clean even after complaining about chewing gum in the sink it stil was there afwater so called extra cleaning. We were offered compensation. The fridge wasn’t cold, the heat outside was unbareabale, so we didn’t have cold drinks. Breakfast was great

Good stay outside of Antwerp. Clean and new enjoyed the pool , steam room and sauna. Bathroom didn’t have any lock , not sure why it wasn’t fixed before just a. If inconvenience . Only stayed one night so didn’t ask to move rooms . Would stay again

What a great stay! Swimming pool, sauna available. Our room on the 9th floor was great. The staff is really nice. The tram station is a bit far away. But our kids were flabbergasted (so were we). And Antwerp worths the visit.

Close to motorway and city, easy check in, open air parking, great breakfast, super comfy beds, nice shower facilities, clean and decent general presentation.
I would stay again.
Great customers service from Reception staff.
Some things to improve: door repairs, stained carpet, AC is a smelly.

Awesome hotel with great facilities.
Second time staying at this hotel. Stayed for one night on a business trip. Great hotel with wonderful facilities.
Food in the bar is expensive 22 euros for a burger but there is a cafe at the garage next door with cheaper options.
Great hotel would definitely stay again. 12:00 check out also really helped as my meeting the next day was not till 1.

Staff were generally nice and approachable however when we requested extra towels for a family of four in the morning the housekeeper was a bit rude. The swiming pool is only for swimmers there is no shallow area for young non swmmers. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from. All in all a good stay.
