If only there had been coffee and tea available - especially early in the morning - I would have rated this stay very highly. Great location with clean & comfy rooms. Friendly & helpful staff. But getting out of bed for early morning meetings in DC requires caffeine. Truly would not recommend due to that one major shortcoming.

This is my second time staying at Yotel. I appreciate how clean and comfortable the rooms are. That is most important to me. The only reason that I did not rate this establishment as 5 star is because the restaurant is not open on the weekends, which is inconvenient for a quick breakfast. They state that a discount is provided for a meal in their restaurant, but if you're staying there over the weekend, this is not applicable. Besides this inconvenience, this is a nice hotel that is located in a very convenient part of D.C. The staff is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay here again for the excellent price and the spotless rooms.

Great location. No tea/ coffee facilities in room and toilet in room wouldn’t flush. For 4 adults we were given 2 bath towels and no hand towels. Staff were perfunctory and not particularly helpful. Good budget option if out and about but not great. Resort fee charged is ridiculous when pool etc all closed when we were there but it was mandatory so paying for nothing!

Staff was friendly and helpful. No coffee machines and restaurant is closed on the weekends. So had to leave the property just yo find a cup of coffee. Also no hand towels. Only 2 bath towels and one wash cloth in the bathroom. Seems to have gone downhill in the last two years. Probably will not stay here again.

Room was good. And staff was good. Lights didn't work properly always. Hallway of whole floor STUNK like cigarette smoke which was absolutely disgusting and I have asthma. Extremely disappointed that the roof was closed with the fire pit. Which is one of the reasons I book that hotel
