nice hotel in good area
Nice room with private entrance in a nice area with great restaurants close by and a supermarket near by. Room was very ikea. Thought it was strange they tell you that you have to take all the rubbish out of the room before leavin, especially as there’s not a general waste dustbin just outside. Staff where nice and held our bags for us in the day and put them in the room for us.

La stanza, al nostro arrivo, era in ottime condizioni, pulita ed accogliente. Inoltre altro aspetto positivo è la posizione, veramente ottima, a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Peschiera e da Gardaland. Purtroppo con il passare dei giorni ci siamo accorti che mancava di alcuni servizi essenziali per il nostro soggiorno quali oggetti utili per la pulizia, come ad esempio una scopa, i quali si rendono indispensabili, a nostro parere, per poter soggiornare per dei giorni in una stanza che non viene di fatto pulita, se non alla fine della stessa permanenza degli ospiti al suo interno. Indispensabile inoltre data anche la presenza di numerose formiche che, nonostante i pesticidi e veleni appositi, continuavano a circolare libere per la casa. Giudizio complessivo:ottima per la posizione, buona per i brevi soggiorni ma assolutamente da evitare per permanenze prolungate.

FORMICHE.
Pessimo! Il nostro soggiorno è stato accompagnato per tutto il tempo da delle formiche che giravano ovunque. Nonostante le svariate richieste di risoluzione del problema il personale si è dimostrato schivo, totalmente indifferente e scortese alchè hanno affermato che la colpa era la nostra per via del fatto che mangiavamo nella stanza prenotata, cosa normalissima a parer mio. Ho cercato di richiedere un rimborso, dato che ho dormito con le formiche, che ovviamente non è stato accettato nè tanto meno preso in considerazione come se il fatto di aver le formiche in camera fosse un problema esclusivamente mio. Ho passato 7 giorni con il prurito alle gambe e l'ansia di ritrovarmi qualche formica in bocca o fra i vestiti. Gli appartamenti in questione sono 3 e dopo aver chiesto alle altre persone che soggiornavano hanno confermato di aver lo stesso problema. Inoltre qualcuno prendeva il caffè nella nostra camera lasciando qualche macchia qua e là peggiorando ancor di piú la situazione.

Stanza è ampia ed abbastanza confortevole. Bagno adeguato. Esposizione ed area esterna angusti. Presenza di formiche nella stanza e polvere insetticida accumulata, grossolanamente, negli angoli. Ma la cosa più assurda è vergognosa è che ho trovato il letto con solo coprimaterasso ed un parziale copriletto, non certo fresco di bucato, ma senza lenzuola. Dopo che ho fatto presente la mancanza, mi sono ritrovato un lenzuolo, piegato, buttato sul letto
