Loved Our Private Pool
We have stayed at Margaritaville a few times before, but this was our first time in a cottage with a private pool. It was so nice, it was very warm, and the hot tub was great too. The unit was comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The beds are comfortable. It's conveniently located to shops, resturant, and grkcery stores. Our only complaint was the linnens. The towles were all verry thin and small, the flat sheet on our bed wasnt a king size so you couldn't tuck it in, and the matress wasn't completely covered at the top. Other than that it was a great stay

Outstanding Rental Property
Outstanding townhouse rental. We couldn’t have been happier. It was like a model home. The home had everything you needed for a great stay. Use of the resort pool and amenities. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Booked on Hotels.com VStays.

This is our second time staying at Margaritaville and we love this place. Stayed at a cottage the first time and at a Villa the second time both are beautiful. Its close to attractions and theres lots of dining options nearby. Will definitely be going back again.

I've stayed at margaritaville multiple times. I've always had a great time, in this occasion the check in kiosk did not have an employee at our arrival, a lady showed up after a while and started working on the computer without acknowledging us, no communication at all.Then she proceeded to help us. All towels in the house were small, and extremely worn out, they felt like sand paper. Only two pool towers provide for eight guests. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The lobby restaurant food was average.

We thought the property was clean, spacious, updated and cute. We enjoyed the area and thought it was easily accessible. We really loved the resort and frequented the little area with all the shops and restaurants. We were disappointed that we were not left hardly any amenities. We were given only one bathroom towel and one beach towel per person. We were happy to do our own laundry, but were only given one Tide pod. We were left a very small amount of toilet paper and only one extra trash bag. We were only in town for 4 days and found it inconvenient and frustrating that we had to run to the store to grab these items. Also, were excited to have a free shuttle service back and forth to the parks, but this service was absolutely terrible and inconvenient. Drivers did not speak English, so we got on the wrong shuttle and had to Uber home from the drop off site. Wanted to take the shuttle to Sea World. The park opens at 10am and the only shuttle for the day runs to Sea World at 7:45am. Makes no sense. Vstays should not use this 3rd party service. It is a poor reflection on them.
