Very nice hotel in great location in The Loop (south Loop) bus stop is a min walk. (We bought a CTA unlimited 3 day bus pass and found the bus service very convenient!) Hotel was very nice, wish we had a better view as the side seen in the pictures with a wall of windows was facing another big hotel a few feet away so those windows were almost pointless. Hotel was very modern and clean (they need to do a better job cleaning floors in rooms though) otherwise very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again, cheaper then other hotels in The Loop!

Amazing stay, but overpriced parking
Parking is extremely overpriced so we parked elsewhere. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay, and we were treating very well by all staff.

COVID limited service understandably. The only staff I interacted with was check-in and they were friendly. The room was smaller than I expected. Hotel was clean and well-maintained. Good location with access to Michigan Avenue and a few blocks from the Red Line 'L' train.

Terrible.
To be quite honest, it was not a good trip for me. Firstly, the map and the hotels.com was showing me the location of this hotel is 800 N Michigan and it was on 800 s Michigan, which was on the other side of where I was trying to be. I had to repark twice, $30 each time i reparked. Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t even have maintenance, everytime I needed room service I had to go to the lobby to get it myself. Terrible, I will not be back. The view I paid for isn’t even marvelous like they said it to be. Honestly, I would’ve just stayed at the London House hotel if i knew this is what they were bringing to the table. 2/10.

I stayed there before it was great but unfortunately this time was such a bad experience there a/c didn’t work and I didn’t get the room I was promised front desk answered by saying if you wanted a room higher you should of called ahead . Like if I knew what room I was gonna get when reserving made no sense . Great hotel unfortunately I had a bad experience that day but my room was not worth the price

When I first checked in I was a little surprised by how much their incidental fees were. My total from the hotel app was completely different from my total when I got to the hotel. (Almost $1000 for three nights) I was given two warm bottles of water at the front desk. I loved my view from my room, very spacious but not so clean. There were soooo many people hanging around the hotel, I was definitely uncomfortable. Not one time out of my three nights did I have my room cleaned. I would have thought at least one out of the three nights my room could get cleaned. I’m disappointed at the fact that there is no microwave available anyway in the building. When I called the front desk the woman just said there was no microwave and hung up the phone. Food that was bought at the hotel restaurant had to be thrown out that sucked. The people next door from my room were loud and I don’t like the fact that EVERYONES Bluetooth outside of my room can be connected. My last night at this hotel someones phone connected to the hotel alarm clock and I was woken up by music. Thirty minutes into my check out time I had housekeeping knocking at my door as if they were rushing me but NEVER CLEANED MY ROOM WHILE I WAS THERE! I’m so disappointed, I was not expecting this type of mini vacation. Only positive thing I can say is that the view from my room was GREAT.
