CP value is good, the simple breakfast is good enough. Free toiletries at the lobby for the guest. Few minutes walk to the Nagoya JR station and big camera is near by.

Not sure why people have bad reviews. Breakfast was really good with really tasty pastry and egg (NOT just plain bagel like some North American hotels, but things like beef filled puff pastry and matcha green tea cake with cream filing). Staff was really friendly and enthusiastic.

Very close to the Nagoya station, thus a lot of shopping and food options nearby.
The staff were very kind, they have a translator to help if you can't speak Japanese.
Breakfast here was simple and healthy (I think) but better than I expected, the bread was actually really good.
Everything was clean, and they offered daily room cleaning (unless you don't want that).
The only thing was I felt the room was a little small - I have a medium suitcase and opening it in the room made it hard to open the bathroom door.
Overall, no big problems, and I felt it was perfect for a solo traveller.

エアコンが壁のコントローラーでは作動せず、エアコン本体の電源でしか動きませんでした。エアコン本体を見たら埃だらけカビだらけだったのも残念ポイント追加でしたが、温度調節もできず、寒いよりはマシと暑 いくらいですごしましたが、2日目は寝汗をぐっしょりかいてしまい寒くて起床。スタッフさんにお伝えしましたが直らずでした。私が疲れており早く寝たかったので部屋でゴタゴタ調整する事を望まなかったのもあり「外部、全体制御とかで何とかなるなら報告不要」と言ったのですが部屋チェンジの提案もなかったのは残念でした。チェックアウトの際に「ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありませんでした」の言葉があったのでよかったですが、それだけでした。
歯ブラシは柔らかめで好みではなかったです。
