Very clean and welcoming hotel. Close to train station making it easy to get around Paris. Not super close to the touristy stuff but not hard to get to via the subway. Way bigger and nicer room than you would find near attractions in Paris.

Sizable and clean room with pleasant views overlooking the city. Good staffs and house keeping. Delicious breakfast, but was a chaos for fining a table. Adequate space in Gym with well maintained and clean equipment. Security staffs in the lobby provided a safety feel. However, it is hard to stop strangers to get into the places for such a fairly large business hotel, as we experienced weird people were asking for exchanging currency in the restaurant.

The hotel was not flexible with baggage storage. The toilet was not working when we checked in. It took two phone calls and a trip down stairs to get them to fix it. It stopped working during the night again. The hotel is in a good area for transport options. There are shops and cafe nearby.

Disappointing experience. We had several rooms booked over several nights and we couldn't gain access to our rooms earlier - in fact one room was not available after 5pm which was well after check in time. We also asked for luggage to be overnight and they would not accomodate this either. One room in the overall booking had a constant running toilet that couldn't be flushed and the overal appeal of the hotel was not the normal experience we would expect from this type of hotel. Would NOT recommend to anyone
