We stayed here on February 2026. The family room was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated the five of us, with plenty of space to move around. The temperature was a bit warm at first, but we were able to open the window slightly to let in some cool air from outside, which helped. The room was clean, the bathroom was generously sized, and everything functioned as expected.
The staff were welcoming, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The surrounding area felt clean and safe, though the nearest Metro station was about a 10‑minute walk away.
The only downside was that the restaurant/bar and the gym were closed for refurbishment during our visit, which was a little disappointing.

Overall, nice room and hotel and staff was great! However, extra fees when booking AND deposit wasn't refunded! Construction ongoing so why charging guests extra when they have less amenties to enjoy is wrong. Won't return.

Restaurant however was a bit disappointing as they closed early Friday evening, and breakfast Sat morning was overpriced and they added 20% tip for 2 people which seemed a bit presumptuous.

We were able the check in early at no cost, and enjoyed a lazy morning with a noon check out. The wall-length window in our room was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our one night trip to the National Theatre!
