First the comforter and the bed was all and the only thing needed in the room. I loved the Marshall speaker in the room. The coffee table was a great addition. I loved the staff they were able to give great service and local food recommendations.

This place was nice. Other than the construction going on, the location made it easy to get to museums, restaurants and nightlife. The soap containers weren’t totally filled and the coffee machine wasn’t completely clean, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

I had a great experience during my stay! I came into town for a work-related event and arrived earlier than the standard check-in time. I was fully prepared to wait, but the staff was accommodating and checked me in early, which made a huge difference and set me up for a successful day. During my stay, I noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room properly, but my concern was addressed immediately. A special thank you to Vontrese for helping me switch rooms and making the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my needs, especially during a short one-night stay. Thank you for making my experience a positive one!

The staff’s were very friendly.Air conditioning didn’t work on the first room they assigned to us but they readily moved us to another room. There was no hot water on the sink and the bathroom lights since it sensor it turns off on you in the middle of your shower.

The property was under much needed renovation during my stay. I've stayed here many times before, though. It has a great location for walkability.

The rooms were updated and very clean. Great location. The lobby was closed due to renovation. The air circulation was poor and it was stinky in that area.

Due to construction, it did seem sketchy from the outside. But we don’t judge by the cover of the book. The room was astoundingly clean! Even got a great city view. Definitely would book again!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations; however, the room was completely refurbished and clean. We interacted with very little staff—just the front desk and valet parking. They really ought to take this opportunity to build a proper parking area; the hotel needs it. Aside from that, we have always liked this hotel—we last stayed here six years ago. Highly recommended.
