Great location and very convenient to get to the centre, to the restaurants, museums and rail station and airport. About 20 mins drive from the airport, 15mins walk to the main rail station or 20mins walk along the river to the OLD Bridge. Great view if you are walking along the river. Also great customer service by all the staff. Although the swimming pool is on the small size but the view of the city from the roof top made up for it. I would recommend this hotel if you are going to Florence for a short stay.

Overall, our stay was well below expectations given the hotel's rating/stars. The cleanliness and the rooms were below standard. They had not prepared the rooms as family rooms, so everything was missing. Unfortunately, despite the hotel's good central location and polite staff, it did not meet even basic standards.

Great location with very friendly staff. The roof top bar is definitely an added bonus and the pool is ideal for a bit of down time - just make sure you book a lounger with reception as it can be a busy. The rooms are very comfy with huge bathrooms, room service left it spotless everyday
