Hotel staff was excellent, good check-in and also our room was changed very easily. They also respected the fact that we were not able to stay on a higher floor. Indeed like all other reviews, rooms and actually the whole hotel is outdated, but I can imagine the cost of a renovation so its ok and absolutely livable. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. I would stay again if I had a short trip in Antwerp.

This was the third time I stayed at this hotel & that explains enough that I am happy with this hotel. I specially appreciate that there is good parking space & that it is free / included in the hotel room price. Also very good that food & drink options are available in the reception 24/7 if you arrive very late close to the night.
