Don't stay here
The hotel is not like the pictures. The hot tub is not filled. We had booked this hotel because of the hot tub. The fountain out front is not filled or running. The room air controls are broken and room was 84 degrees. No one slept. The parking garage is more like a scene from Law and Order. Very dirty and creepy. Pull out bed offered has no bedding and is slanted. Bad hotel

Unfortunately our room had water and mildew issues and smelled. The a.c. Didn’t work. The fixed windows leaked from condensation and the carpets were damp. Smelt like dirty socks. The kids were coughing by morning. Glad we were only there one night. The staff and food were really nice though.

Not a great stay.
I’ve been to this hotel probably 20 times over the past few years and unfortunately it’s declining. They really haven’t updated the rooms for quite some time. If you forget your phone charger you’re screwed. No updated outlets I had to run to Walmart to get a iPhone brick. The shower which I remember was always incredibly powerful was terrible the past 2 times we stayed. Ice machines now only on 2 floors and 1 was out of order.

So I booked a reservation based on the fact that they had a pool and a hot tub and I called to confirm that they were working however when I arrived the hot tub was under construction and the pool had so much chlorine that I didn’t feel safe to swim . Also I stayed at the hotel but they charge for parking in the garage unless your handicap which I’m . But I think parking should be part of the hotel

During my short stay at the hotel, I found the staff was rude. The smile was missing every time I interacted with the staff. My son plays fine piano, but as he started playing piano of the lobby the staff rudely approached to stop him. Apart from that, I had to ask for the complementary water bottles for the room. And had to go to the front desk to get it instead of being provided in the room.
