Save yourself the headache
First of all the shuttle IS NOT FREE and neither is parking if you leave your car while you’re away. It’s understandable I guess but certainly not made clear in the motel info. The motel itself is old but not filthy, it’s more the clientele we had a problem with. There were connecting rooms and the people next door to us were loud and smoking weed so bad our room was filled. The gentleman at the front desk was trying to be helpful and he offered us to change rooms. Just really annoying in the middle of the night. Also the “breakfast” is barely an offering. Definitely would NEVER stay there again.

Adequate hotel for the price
This is an inexpensive hotel close to the Vegas airport. If your expectations are low - it is fine. A little hair clog in a drain. Old tired room. Lots of neighbors smoking and drinking.. Bed was reasonably comfy. I had just traveled to some national parks and needed a hotel for the night before flying home. It served the purpose. It was adequate.

Horrifying Experience
Never stay here. A maximum security prison would be a better experience. The service is atrocious. The staff yells at you and talks down to you. It takes 20 minutes to check in and the rooms are filthy with leaking water all over the floor. My elderly father slipped in the bathtub and had to be rushed to the emergency room because the tub is extremely slippery no warning of this or precautions taken. Staff nor management does not care about you or your experience.

Okay if you just need a bed & no frills.
Toilet made a loud & long screeching noise whenever flushed, would have to jiggle the handle to get it to stop flushing, bedding had stains on them when we arrived, & check-in took over 15 minutes even though I did pre-check in. Luckily we only where in the room to sleep. Continental breakfast was non-existent.
