One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! There was a problem at the beginning with the toilet clogging, and someone came up immediately to help. When it couldn’t be resolved quickly, the hotel provided me and my family with another room, an upgrade which was absolutely fantastic! It’s a classically beautiful hotel in a good location, and the staff is so helpful and gracious. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Hotel and Outstanding Customer Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We truly enjoyed our stay at Nagoya Kanko Hotel! Everything was wonderful, and we left with very positive impressions. What impressed me most was how professionally and kindly the hotel staff handled an unexpected situation. When our luggage delivery to our next hotel was delayed, I contacted Nagoya Kanko Hotel by email. They responded almost immediately, with genuine concern, kindness, and sincere apologies. Although the delivery delay was beyond their direct control, their response made me feel that they truly cared about their guests. This is what real hospitality is all about, not just providing excellent service when everything goes smoothly, but showing genuine care when something goes wrong. Despite the luggage issue, I have nothing but warm feelings about our stay. Thank you, Nagoya Kanko Hotel, for your kindness and professionalism! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Big building, lobby located at 6/F. Rooms are clean and relatively big. Near by subway exit but not that much choice of restaurant at the area. Staff service were excellent and polite. Will revisit for sure.
