Hotel de qualite moyenne, chambres propres mais un peu fatiguees, service moyen sans plus et emplacememt sans grand interet a la sortie de la ville, le long de la hwy. Bref, si vous le pouvez, optez pour un autre hotel.

Just ok
The town and area were great. The hotel room was fine, but could have used a bit more cleaning and repair in the bathroom. Some tiles on the floor were shifting.

Un organized
Requested a 2 queen bed room non smoking, when we got our keys, we had one bed and a couch. Returned to the desk and the only 2 bed available was a smoking room.
Counter person said they didn't have access to Expedia anymore and that they no longer used them.
Had to ask for towels and there was no breakfast left when we got down the the lobby.

Hot summer days/night
Was very disappointed with the hotel amenities. Ice machine was broke the whole weekend. There were not enough towels placed in room and when asking the front desk for more was informed there were none. Hot tub was broken with green water and awful smell present. Pool was slightly better. Hotel staff blamed the situation on a baseball tournament and lots of kids being at the hotel. Also, maintenance doesn't work on weekends. If I were the hotel owner/manager I would staff accordingly for booked weekends and special events and pay to have maintenance and housekeeping on site or on call

We stayed two different nights. The first night they had our reservation. Check in was fine. They were helpful on where to eat. I expected more of the room. The towels were old but the room was comfortable enough. The second night - 2 days later they did not have our reservation. They were in the middle of changing owners and systems. But she was helpful and made everything right++ The room looked better but we only had 1 bath towel, phones had no dial tone. But we made due until 3 am when the wind blew our window into our room. The window was shut and taped for the night. 4 hours sleep...

Overpriced
A newer building that is already showing small signs of neglect in keeping it in the best of repair. They refused to give me a receipt at check-out, saying since I had paid "Expedia" (meaning "Hotels") in advance, they had not received any payment, therefore, they could not produce a "paid-in-full" receipt.

Tired facility in need of makeover
On arrival the first room we were given smelled like smoke. The second room smelled OK, but the beds weren't very supportive. Additionally, when we attempted to take showers the next morning, the shower didn't drain properly. When we called the front desk we were told the maintenance person had just left and wouldn't be available for several hours. The water was ankle deep, so I skipped the shower. Outside the second room the hallway smelled of smoke; I'm not sure where it originated. The second floor ice machine was inoperative; it looks like it was partially disassembled. The desk personnel were friendly and welcoming; I feel sorry for the employees having to deal with a tired property.

Comfortable and relaxing
Check in was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable and nicely maintained. A relaxing and comfortable stay. I will stay there again next time I'm in Dodge City.

Average hotel for a better price
Hot tub was cool, cloudy and slimy. No towels in pool area in the morning. Only one elevator, our room was very far from elevator. Ice Machine on our floor was not working. Could have stayed at a nicer place for the same price.

Great price for a satisfying experience.
Good location, close to everything. Just go up Wyatt Earp Boulevard to everything you want or need. Breakfast was nice. Bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy but worked really well for our needs.

Older, needs remodeling, only two luggage carts and staff was using one to deliver towels etc. to the maids. Breakfast was awful, eggs did not taste like real ones, we left and went somewhere else for breakfast.

Stay at your own rish if price is an issue.
Wall de3corations were removed and holes left everywhere. Curtains were torn so it was tough to get sleep with the wall wash lights shining in your window. AC sounded like a train. At breakfast they removed trash from tables but we did not see them clean one off. Staff looked like the just came in off the street. T-shirts and the ones that had button shirts, the tails were out and unpressed.
