The lobby is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly. But the rooms are getting outdated. We had the room with an outside door that you could park and get in. You could hear the upstairs room banging and walking . Not very sound proof . But it’s not a 5 star either . Location is good

Great staff, decrepit building.

The staff were fantastic, and the room was nice and clean, however, the building is decrepit and not in great condition. We could hear everyone in the hall, and the people above us. Whenever the guests walked around in their room above us we could hear the floor creaking. Not only that, but the wall also sounded like it was cracking. It sounded uncomfortably unsafe. The guests above us had a heavy foot, and we heard them move around until approximately midnight, which wasnt ideal as we needed to leave the hotel around 5:30am for an 8 hour drive to our next destination. Blame isnt to be put on the guests above us, as the building seems old and noise transfer isnt ideal in hospitality. Definitely needs some structural repair and sound proofing.

Do not stay at this hotel.

For the price I was shocked at this hotel ($170 per night). It is extremely run down and unclean. The pool was crowded with kids and unclean as well. The breakfast bar was dirty and had spilled food on the counters. They didnt even give you a bottle of water in the room ... it cost $2 per bottle for warm "Kirkland Brand" water at the front desk. Everything was outdated and unclean. I would pay the price to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown next time if I ever go again. I am exteremely disappointed in hotels.com for allowing hotels like this to be offered on their website. I will follow up with them directly. Very poor. Hard to believe these types of hotels still exist.

The check in seemed to be complicated, i've already did it online and it was paid before staying. The girl asked me how I wanted to pay, and after I told her it was already paid, she said yes, that she saw that. The room was nice, but there was no shower curtains.

No Return

Room was dated and not very clean. Signs of dirty fingerprints everywhere, tv, microwave, mirrors. Soap all running dispensers, never wiped off. Fridge was not working. TV remote not working. As we were at a sports tournament all evening and only returned to room at 10:30 pm we did notice a lot of these issues until morning. Only positive comments I have are staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. But sorry, would not stay here again.
