Decent stay, the room didn’t have a fridge that I paid extra for, the pillows were not comfortable. Bar staff was great. Went to have breakfast in morning and stood there 5 min waiting for someone to come help us and we finally left. We stay here whenever we go to rapid and this was the worst it’s been.

The front desk guy wasn't very helpful with requests ... we asked for a luggage rack and he said the hotel didnt have those. However, my friends room had one.
Also, we had to request new sheets because there were blood stains on one of the beds.
On the plus side, the staff was very speedy in bringing requested items - toothbrush, toothpaste and sheets.
