Huge room

The apartment was huge and perfect for a family of four with the added bonus of two toilets. Breakfast was perfect too.

6/10 Good

Dingy, Dilapidated, Disappointing.

Mediocre at best. This hotel is run down and needs a refurbish. Decor is very outdated, walls are dingy. Stains on curtains and carpets. Paint peeling everywhere. Walls are thin and you can clearly hear people in the next room. The bathroom the sink had a huge crack, very little water pressure and water kept changing temperature from scalding to freezing with no adjustment by us. Restaurant closed and taps for draft beer not working in bar. Sketchy people loitering around hotel entrance. Very few decent dining options close by.

Would stay again

The Staff/receptionist were very helpful, upgraded our room as we had our 4-year-old daughter with us. Room was nice and had a great night sleep. Breakfast was busy, so get down early. We would defiantly stay again.

Average stay

Hotel room was above average. Beds were comfy. Room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom was on the small side. Hotel lobby was nice but very busy check in desk with long queues almost all the time. Breakfast service was below average. More like a canteen with a 20 minute queue to get in to the actual breakfast room. But the food was nice. I felt that I didn't get value for money as we paid a higher than average price. But the convenient location to the train station is probably hiking up the prices. I wouldn't stay again.

Oooof

Arrived at 10pm, staff said no room available. Then said they’d upgrade. Put us in a major downgrade and it was FILTHY. Management agreed to refund 50%

Good location. Had a connecting room and the neighbour was very noisy. Could hear everything. They only had earplugs for 1 in stock

2/10 Poor

This was the worst experience ever. The room was in terrible condition—ripped curtains, dirty walls, and filthy floors. It looked like a post-war scene. The customer service was non-existent, and the room cleaning was practically zero. The bed linens were dirty, and the breakfast service was a nightmare with massive queues and no available tables to sit. When we requested our room to be cleaned and the bed linens changed after our child had an accident, no one ever showed up. Overall, it was an absolutely awful experience.

Excellent patisserie right next door. Reception workers spoke excellent English yet played along when I wanted to practice my French. Beds were comfortable. Great value.

4/10 Fair

Disappointed with room view

This is our 4th stay in this hotel. The rooms are lovely and big. However, despite booking the junior suite with city view and paying for that, we were given a room overlooking an alleyway, instead of the glorious views of the main square which our children love and were looking forward to. We were told the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t move us. We contacted the hotel a few days before our visit to make sure we are getting the room we paid for and no one responded to the emails. It is a shame really, because the hotel is lovely, but I feel on this occasion they have misrepresented the room and we were left with disappointed kids
