The service in La Sinfonia del Rey is outstanding. I have never experienced a staff that is so conscientious of their guests. I was there for a week and had three massages- also a highlight. The hotel is very comfortable and in an excellent location. I highly recommend it!

Great stay! Conveniently located. The basement room was 100% quiet during Mooncake Festival celebrations. Very clean and comfortable room. The staff was extremely accommodating. Breakfast selection superb. Rooftop bar with beautiful views of the city. Spa services weren’t used, however, discounts offered with stay. Felt very safe as a solo traveler. All around wonderful experience and would definitely book again.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the old quarter as well as the French quarter and right in front of the lake. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We used the spa and my wife said it was one of the best treatmentws she has ever had. The rooftop bar has an excellent view over Hanoi.

Our stay at La Sinfonía del Rey was absolutely amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious, and every meal was a great experience. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We traveled with our family, including our two-year-old son, and they made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The location is also perfect for exploring Hanoi. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will always remember our time here. We highly recommend La Sinfonía del Rey to anyone visiting Hanoi. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, probably the best we have had in Vietnam. But what makes this place special is the staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. A special mention to Henry, Guest Relations Officer, for his help.
