This is our second time at this hotel and we like it. We come from Montreal to shop at the outlets in Merrimack. The hotel is well located and comfortable.My only negative is the carpeting in the rooms and the hotel is showing signs of aging. Other than that, it’s a decent place to stay.

The only problem I had was that the alarm clock was set to midnight. It woke me up and in my shock and drowsiness I couldn’t figure out how to shut it off. I pressed snooze but it was still on. I pulled the plug. Housekeeping should check the clocks to make sure they are off.

Terrible!
There was no maid service for the entire trip. We had to go to the desk just to get tp. The hotel charged me the deposit then made me pay that amount again upon check in. They refused to refund it. There’s a daily fee they never mentioned until they charged my card.
