Overperfumed
In general, the accommodations were as advertised and comfortable. There was a perfumed odor in the lobby and 2nd floor that was strong and very unpleasant to me, and irritated my asthma. Not a lot of good places to eat nearby.

False advertisement
No where on the site or recept did it say there was going to be a parking fee let alone a $40 a night fee. Aside from that i reserved a room with 2 twin beds and we got 2 full sized beds, my family didn't fit comfortably like we do with our queen sized beds at home

Can not recommend
I can not recommend staying at the property. This is supposed to be a fairly high end hotel brand, but this hotel is certainly not up to the brand standards.
Problem 1: the walls here are paper thin. While staying here I was woken up a few nights to conversations in the hallway loud enough that it sounded like the door to my unit was open. And worse yet one night I was woken to hear full conversations from a neighboring room.
Problem 2: the room we were in had a shower/bath that were only partially functional. When engaging the shower it would only half engage and continue to drain at least half the water into the tub while making a horrible racket… see problem 1 for the neighbors. Then later I tried to run a bath for my kid and the tub would constantly drain.
Problem 3: this is somewhat nitpicky but when I ask a concierge or front desk employee for a local recommendation I expect to get the local flair not be directed to a national chain because it’s within walking distance.

Good for the price
Pros: Very comfortable bed, quiet, cafe, bar, restaurant, central location, friendly staff, affordable price.
Cons: Older hotel, somewhat dated rooms, thermostat in room didn’t work well, hidden charges (pet fees, early check in fees), expensive parking ($40 a day), stained room furniture and ripped curtains.
