The hotel has great social areas to relax in and the gym is very well equipped. The included breakfast was very good.
The mall downstairs has plenty of shopping opportunities.
Will definitely stay here again.

Sep 29, 2026Took us a while to find the entrance to the hotel lobby. We had to enter the mall and used the escalator to the 4th floor. It was tucked away in a small section toward the edge of the building. The room was decent. Breakfast was free for guests. I wish I had time to use their gym. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay.

Jul 25, 2026Great stay, perfect for our needs. Being in the Mall was convenient, location is very close to stations, we got the train to city hall from airport and walked underground straight to the apartments.
Bed was very comfortable and breakfast in the morning was fab! The mall is having some work done so it was noisy in the morning but if you are up to eat breakfast it doesn’t really matter.

Daily breakfast selection was kmited but adequate. Filtered water and machine coffee available. Professional, courteous and helpful staff. Great location -close.to public transport and plenty of food options in the mall

Convenient location, room set up was great for a family, and amenities worked great for us. We were only in Singapore for a couple days and staying here was a great choice. Will recommend to friends and family!

Aug 15, 2026Staff is very friendly and let us know where the amenities are. We got upgraded to the 4 room apartment which is so spacious. Rooms are clean with 2 showers and 2 toilets. You can get cold or hot water at the location beside the lift. The complimentary breakfast is excellent with a variety of choices. There are lots of food choices at the basement. The National Art gallery is only 6 minutes walk.
