I felt that the hotel was exceptional for what it offered and the price. The staff were super helpful. We had great service. The rooms were very nice for a European hotel. Our stay came With a continental breakfast which was great. We really liked the location in Florence proper. Everything was within a 15-20 minute walk. I will stay there again when we come back to Florence.

Breakfast buffet, rooftop cocktail bar & pool, lobby bar & restaurant on the plaza were relaxing spaces to spend time in addition to lovely rooms when not touring. SMN train station makes day trips from Florence so easy. I wish we could’ve spent our entire trip in Italy based right here!
