We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was always good with sausage, omelets, waffles, etc and fresh juice. The staff was nice. The condition of the hotel was poor. There were some broken windows, old flooring and furniture, and the elevator was scary.

Conveniently located, and very friendly staff. Hot tub was chilly, and the slide in the pool area looked like it had a lot of deferred maintenance. Common hallways could use fresh paint and carpets cleaned. The room was clean and comfortable.

The property appears to be in the middle of some updates. However those didn’t seem to make it into the rooms themselves. The photos are deceiving. I ended changing rooms ones because of what appeared to be mold on the AC unit. The second room wasn’t much better. I found gum stuck to the bathroom vanity, toothpaste drips all down the front of the vanity, missing light bulbs and so much more. There was a strong sewer gas small in the hallways. I don’t find a working ice machine Breakfast was another issue. The power outlets weren’t working, so anything hot wasn’t an option. But the staff member was trying his best to I will say the front desk staff gentlemen was very friendly and tried to be accommodating. Unfortunately the issues were beyond what he had control over. I’m all for giving a place a chance when I just need a place to sleep, but these issues were just unacceptable. I’m glad I didn’t have my family with me. I probably would have asked for a refund and changed motels.

Pulled into parking lot and was surprised because it looked nothing like the online photos. Clearly going through construction. Usually I'd cancel my reservation just based off what it looked like outside, but we planned spur of the moment and it was a nonrefundable reservation. Check in staff was super friendly so I had higher hopes for the room. Unfortunately upon entering none of the lights worked, it was hot, and smelled like a musty/sweaty room. My husband finally discovered the lights didn't work because they were all unplugged- plugged them in and realize there are only 2 small pillows on the bed and mattress was hard as a rock. On top of that, a part of the frame was sticking out of the bed and I didn't realize until my shin hit it. Luckily I'm up to date on tdap vax because it broke the skin. The walls had crooked photos and pen/pencil marks where someone had tried to line things up. AC did not work. Blew hot air all night. Shower curtain had someone else's makeup stains on it. Pool looked nothing like the photo. It was tiny (slide was big) and too many people. Honestly felt like a safety hazard and looked dirty. Ice machine on floor 2 didn't work. Poor selection for breakfast. I travel a lot and understand that the renovation process can be rough but this was just bad.

Half or more of the motel is under severe renovation. At check in my original room was incredibly dirty, the man at the desk was quick to get me reassigned to a “cleaner” room. While joining for breakfast, I was greeted by a cockroach. When I raised my concern with the front desk lady, she told me not to worry as they wipe down before putting out the food and didn’t think the cockroach being with the unwrapped muffins to be a problem. I wasn’t even aware cockroaches were an issue in this area, to be honest. All amenities provided were out of order, aside from a scant ration of breakfast foods shared with the pests of course. My key card did stop working the morning of departing and the gentleman helping with breakfast setup was quick to assist with this.

This hotel was a good surprise from what I expected for the cost. Check in staff were nice but did argue a lot w each other. Rooms were clean. Elevators looked yucky I didn't like that dirty towels and garbage wasn't picked up daily. Pool looked clean and was used a lot! I would stay there again!

Pool was cold, hot tub was not working and had bugs in it and there was NO LIGHT in the elevator. A light went out in our room, and no one came to check our rooms the whole time (no service). Breakfast was fine, and front desk was nice. Seemed busy all the time?
