Sep 18, 2026I'll try to be as fair as possible, my pet staycation experience was a mixed bag. Booking staff was responsive and highly helpful, but arrival was quite a poor experience.
Came at 3pm and room was not ready. No offer of dining vouchers or other service recovery given, simply had to wait. Had to wait an hour more, and room wasn't even clean then (saw leftover items from previous guest). Pet bed provisioned as part of add-on was old and ragged-looking, not even of a suitable size for my dog. Pet food and accessories box was good though, had a small bowl, lots of food and treats.
Room was extremely cold at night, even after setting the air-conditioning to the warmest setting. Noise isolation was also a mixed bag - the glass doors were well-insulated because all the frog and insect noises disappeared once you went into the room. However, room-to-room noise can be clearly heard, with a sudden flush from presumably upstairs jolting us awake.
Lift tiles were popping, property was otherwise decently-maintained but not extremely well. No safe paths to pet elimination areas except a narrow strip with zero handrails. The path to Tanjong beach had many faulty lights.
Breakfast was quite pricey with pretty standard items. Laksa was good (no prawns), but otherwise all the food options were quite low value for money as compared to other Accor hotels.
Shuttle bus was punctual, clean, and ran very frequently.

It’s clean and cosy anywhere in the hotel.
My children loved the food at the restaurant where breakfast was served.
The staff was friendly and kind and the shuttle service is convenient.
The area is less people and good for spending time at the hotel.

Only down side was they over cook the bacon

Jul 2, 2025Having Shuttle is a must for this hotel as it is located far from City, which is ideal for retreat and personal quiet time. Breakfast is served well with many choices, and pool is fantastic. Lots of greenery inside hotel, even saw couple of peacock walking at the side of the pool and also restaurant.... very wild but enjoyable.
