Too bad

The people were very nice, especially those of the restaurant. Thank you Maximo for the wonderful restaurant recommendations. The room is very spacious and in a great Mira Flores location The main issue and reason for only 3 stars was the subtle odor of the room, that of a backed up toilet. We made the front desk aware the first evening, even asked for air freshener the next day from house keeping but did not receive. It is possible all rooms have this odor, i don’t know, but it was bad enough to not unpack clothes in fear of smelling like that all day. Three days and the odor was present each day. It is possible all rooms smell the same as the front desk did not seem very concerned or offer any changes. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are one who lost your sense of smell due to COVID, but if that is not the case then I would advise against it.

Great hotel, busy area but good location

Great hotel, in a bit busy area, but that makes it convenient to see the parks nearby. Comfortable beds which sometimes hard to find sometimes. Breakfast was fantastic! The view from the restaurant was amazing. Pool was small, but fine. We walked to Larcomar, a shopping mall, about 15 min walk.

We had a room facing the ocean and two of the three glass doors slide open allowing for a wonderful enjoyment of the Malecón and Huanchaco. The hotel is right in the middle of all energy of the town and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. The beach is steps away. The pictures accurately depict the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Don't use the laundry service

Hotel is in a good location and cheap but a little dated smallest pool I've ever seen and the restaurant is way over priced.. the laundry service is a joke they charged my wife 65USD to clean 2 leggings , 3 shirts and 5 pairs of underwear a complete rip off better hotels for the same price or cheaper i won't be back

Noisy and weird smell

I picked this hotel for a solo trip to Lima based on the amazing reviews. I didn’t have such a good experience. The restaurant is fantastic — great views, great service, great breakfast. The staff are so helpful. The location is great for exploring Miraflores. But I had a lot of issues with noise and barely slept my whole time at the hotel. My room was on the 20th floor — gorgeous views, great layout, comfortable bed. But the restaurant was right overhead and I could hear movement up there literally all night long. My last night, I woke up at 2am and couldn’t go back to sleep because of the noise of things being dropped, some kind of vacuum or blender, and chairs being dragged. It was awful. I even sleep with ear plugs and a white noise app when I travel. The room also had a weird musty closed-in smell, I think because the AC isn’t super efficient and the windows don’t open at all to admit airflow.
