8/10 Very good

So I stayed at the property before and had an omni lotalty membership. The check in clerk couldn't find my number so instead of asking me for it she created a new account which caused all sorts of issues then served me warm champagne in a plastic water cup. Not the check in experience I expect from this property. other than that, everything else was lovely. We really enjoy going to the warm springs pool.

4/10 Fair

Beautiful place, but infrastructure certainly dated. Not much for kids to really do beside swim. Arcade and bowling alley with not operational, staff not overly helpful (save for a few great waiters in the Audubon room). Woodys restaurant service was just awful.

10/10 Exceptional

From the time we arrived the staff were very accommodating and happy to assist. The standard king bedroom was better than expected, so no need to upgrade. Each night we tried a different restaurant and the food was incredible. The day spa pass was worth it! Thanks to all the staff who made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely return.

The entire resort was beautiful, and the staff were very attentive. Specifically, Oscar! We met him once at teatime and he remembered our names for the entire stay. He always made it a point to go out of his way to help us.

8/10 Very good

Hotel is lovely .. facility is beautiful , loved the pool dissapointed that history tour was cancelled.. main criticisms— very hard to get temperature right in the room.. fan always blowing and was too cold..should make some prices ie parking more transparent .. parking cost way too high for this location ..

We loved our recent stay at The Homestead! During our stay my husband played golf twice, I enjoyed the pool and spa, we both loved the rocking chairs on the porch and evening fires. The resort is gorgeous and staff warm and inviting. We had all meals on site and the food was delicious! A luxurious and delightful stay.
