Comfortable, no frills, modern
I stayed 3 nights at the Prestige. Upone check in and i was given 2 complimentary bottles of water due to the boil water advisory. I stayed in the Superior King room. Bed was a true king size. Linens were good. Room was very clean. Shower head was nice, good water pressure and rainfall style. Bathroom was also very clean. I didn't have the included breakfast as my trip was very busy, but it is offered. The room included a desk and a good sized tv. Everything worked as it should. You can tell the hotel is old, but it has been fully renovated. There was a watercooler in the lobby to refill your water bottles if you wish. All in all great stay.

Rooms upgraded, others were downgraded
Since the name changed to Ocean view Prestige Hotel, rooms renovated and upgraded, however, no all front desk staff is friendly as it used to. Breakfast is dramatically downgraded, hardly to see anyone to cleanup the table and the basic supplies like coffee, eggs, juices, plates etc are not refill when it is empty.

The continental breakfast would have been much better if they did not run out of breakfast items. The hotel should have a good idea due to past experience as to how much food they need based on the number of occupied rooms. One example is bread that is a very staple item to make toast. Management should go over to the Walmart to buy some bread to tie things over until the regular delivery arrives.

The staff were wonderful, the room and hotel was clean. Although, under construction and a boil water advisory was in affect. The room view was of building generators and such, (keep the curtains drawn and u don't have to look at) Overall, I would definitely stay again.
