Lugar tranquilo alejado del bullicio de la ciudad
El hotel queda increible si tienes gusto por la naturaleza y/o tienes que ir a hacer algo en esa zona, indispensable contar con automóvil y llevar alimentos porque el restaurant funciona de 9 a 5. Es complicado que los servicios de transporte acepten ir al lugar y el hotel no ofrece servicio de transporte ni para moverse dentro de la zona. Nos tocó visitarlo en época de calor, las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, ni ventiladores disponibles.

Todo estuvo perfecto excepto la ubicación, no es la que marca el mapa de expedía ni waze ni google Maps lo encuentran, tuvimos que hablar con el encargado para que nos guiara paso a paso súper amable para encontrarlo por que tampoco hay señalización

OPERA COMO HOTEL PERO NO LO ES
No es un hotel, solo tienen habitaciones en muy mal estado de limpieza, el baño esta lleno de moho en las orillas de los azulejos. Cuando llegamos las almohadas olían a sudor y tenían manchas de suciedad. Que la misma persona del hotel reconoció que estaban manchadas y ya habían avisado a sus superiores pero no le habían autorizado cambiarlas. Se me hizo el cambio de fundas de almohadas limpias, pero los olores seguían por que están dentro de la almohada. Los colchones son de pésima calidad, muy duros e incomodos. Hay construcción al lado de las habitaciones por lo que hay mucho ruido, polvo y trabajadores muy cerca. Está muy lejos de la entrada al fraccionamiento LAS HARAS, consideren que son por lo menos 15 minutos del pórtico de entrada del fraccionamiento hasta las instalaciones de este lugar. Te sientes insegura, pues hay muchísimos trabajadores en distintos fraccionamientos y no hay nada cerca, ningún servicio. Por otro lado, no te dan factura por el servicio de hotel pues no están registrados ante el SAT como hotel. Sino como persona física, aparte de que te cobran el IVA cuando solicitas la factura, siendo que ya están cobrados los impuestos en la tarifa. Si van por trabajo definitivamente no se arriesguen. Tampoco de descanso volvería. No hay recepción ni nadie que te apoye en la noche. Tengan cuidado por que no tienen ningún sistema de reservaciones ni organización.

La habitación estaba sucia, se notaba que las cobijas no habian sido lavadas despues del ultimo huésped, no olian limpias, el sofa super sucio de migajas de pan o galletas no sé, la alfombra tierroza, no tenian personal de limpieza asi que no limpiaron en las dos noches que estuve ahí, el drenaje de la regadera estaba tapado y se inundaba y se salia el agua dejando todo un desastre en el baño, es una lastima tremendo descuido por que las instalaciones son muy bonitas, aunque se encuentra bastante lejos de todo y si sales a bailar por la noche es hasta peligroso el regreso por tanta oscuridad en el camino, no tiene alumbrado aproximadamente 2 kilómetros antes de llegar al hotel. No volvere definitivamente
