Like the remodel of the rooms, very contemporary. Wish I didn't have to walk 1/2 a block up hill to get ice. Thought for sure after a couple of years the pool would have been redone but still no pool. Golf course is immaculate, restaurant limited hours, closes after 7pm. No breakfast except weekends. Snack bar some am foods but was closed at 3pm when we made the turn. We will be back.

Terrible experience. I called 4 days before to ask for a specific room that we stayed in previously and was told it would be reserved for us. I got a call the morning of check in that they had to move us due to the building being out of service for last two weeks! I asked to cancel and was told I would still be charged. They apologized and told me I would be getting a better more private room. NOT WHAT HAPPENED AT ALL not to mention the tub being dirty and not able to hold water, very noisy location overlooking freeway and parking lot. Neighbors were loud and at least a family of six which is more than allowed in the rooms. One of their kids was able to open the adjoining door at 5 am due to broken lock. Luckily I had the lock latch on so my door was only able to open about 3 inches......but enough for the kid to see in and yell " dad, their is someone sleeping in the bed!" We have stayed here before w/o only minor issues but this stay was terrible. Especially for it being as expensive as it is. I reported all issues to front desk and was told I could not even get a break on the bill because I booked through hotels.com! No compensation offered by resort.

It’s a lovely room and an absolutely gorgeous location. The only issue we had was that we were hungry and went down for dinner at 7:30 and both the bar and dining room had closed. That was an unfortunate surprise. Everything else was perfect.

I know it said no room services for food. But it did say can call to order for pick up. No menu was available in the room or online. And when I called to order the lady answered seemed not to be pleased that I was wanting to order from my room and just pick up. She was not helpful with the menu.

Staff was friendly but disappointed in amenities. Although I upgraded to deluxe king room, freeway was very loud even with the slider door closed. Screen door to balcony was broken. Finding fresh coffee in the morning was difficult. (Not interested in powder cream provided in the room). Pool and jacuzzi were closed and the ice machine was in a different building altogether. Was hoping for a more luxurious day celebrating my boyfriend's birthday.

A gorgeous room in an upscale facility. All fittings are high level; a Toto toilet, beautiful tile, expensive carpet, high ceiling, lovely golf course view from a huge window with openable side windows; a small light on the light switches so you can find them in the dark; a phone call from the office to ask if everything's OK. Best hotel we can remember. Really hope to stay there again!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here while visiting family in Fallbrook. The front desk was super friendly with easy check in. Very clean and modern room, beautiful well maintained grounds and convenient location.

Had some lady jump off her golf cart and aggressively approach me and called me an "explicative" when exiting my room this morning. Apparently I wasn't supposed to get to my car. They had some planters blocking the walkway. No sign when coming from your room. Not sure why they'd even put someone in a room they don't want them to access easily. They have multiple buildings. Lady was ranting and pointing at a sign visible from the other side. Anyhow, I stay here regularly and never had a problem before. It's an average property. I was going to book another night. But I'm going to check out a different place to stay. Hopefully I find a more hospitable place.
