Kept charging me deposits and extra room
I arrived late and had to buy a room for the night because my booked stay didn't start for another 8 hours. Then was charged a deposit for that one. Switched rooms the next and was charged for a full room plus deposit which equals 3 deposits. I only received. 1 deposit back and a refund for the room only they double charged me for.

Got What I Paid For
I chose the cheapest hotel I could find for 1 night because some work was being done in my apartment unexpectedly. I got exactly what I paid for. The place was clean, just extremely old. I had to walk through the smoking section to get to my room in the non-smoking section and that was VERY disappointing. And of course the smoke does not STAY in the non-smoking areas, it travels. The TV remote did not work. May have needed batteries. So I attempted to watch a movie on my laptop but the internet signal was not strong enough to stream. There were no hangers in the closet. The blanket and comforter had several cigarette burns in the non-smoking room. Overall I was very disappointed but again, I went the cheap route and got exactly what I paid for.

Worst experience ever!
First off we went to check in and computer down. Asked to come back after conference at 10:30 to check in Had to wait over an hour . Get to our room and card won’t work back to front desk .forgot to scan our card to room Walk into room Floor not vacuumed, bedcovers dirty Okay , it late so go into take a shower, shower curtain had black mold all over it , bathtub still had someone long hair on bottom of tub. Okay - well skip shower and just go to bed right. Nope, pulled back bedspread and black men’s beard hair on sheets along with nasty scabs on sheets. Called front deck and asked for clean sheets . At this point it is 11:30 pm Had unzipped suitcase to get out clothes and what is crawling on wall behind my suitcase- roaches. So , need less to say we left. Did not get a refund and front deck did come down to room and said cleaning must have accidentally skipped cleaning room

Keep looking
Not so good, dusty smelling sheets squeeky bed, no lghtbulbs no addional usable securty chane to lock the door, no chair, no hangers, fridge afraid to open not plugged in. Didnt risk a shower, no cup to drink from .., a plus the heater worked and was quiet. No breakfast only coffee, $100. For 7 hr stay. AND THEY CHARGED ADDITIONAL $50.00 Security deposit, senior citizen. Military veteran i should have gone someplace else, but i was there for a conference at the Mabee

Pictures online are not of this motel. Room was disgusting! Walls had dirt and something all over them, light covers were busted and falling in the floor, safe was nasty, paint was peeling off all the furniture, towels were white but covered in something black, there were some type of seeds in the sink, sheets and pillowcases were covered in cigarette burns and hair, yes hair! Did not stay, paid for a night and couldn’t even stay.

Disgusting place!
We did not stay! This hotel was terrible! I would not recommend to anyone! We moved to a different hotel and they would not give us a refund. It was dirty, smelled of weed! In the same complex as a dispensary! Owner lied to us! Was told we could upgrade one of the rooms to a room with 2 queen beds! Twice I called and was told this! Then would not do it when we got there. Also lied and told us a double bed was the same size as a queen bed. They also told us the refund had to come through Expedia and when I emailed Expedia they refused to refund and said the hotel has to so the refund! I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Not a good experience
Very disappointed in this hotel. Checkin was fine and the desk attendant was friendly. We asked where breakfast would be served because the website said a light breakfast was included. The only “breakfast” offered was coffee, which neither of us drink.The room was large and included a kitchenette which we didn’t use except for the refrigerator, which wasn’t super cold even on the coldest setting. The beds were comfortable and clean. The curtains didn’t fit the windows properly. There was mold on the walls and shower curtain. The shower was good, except it sprayed out on the floor and we weren’t able to adjust the nozzle to stop it. We put a towel down to clean up the water and found that the floor was filthy because of what the white towel looked like after we mopped up the water. There was a holder for a hair dryer, just no hair dryer. There is a pot store and a bar connected to the hotel. There were several workers there doing renovations to the hotel and grounds, so maybe things are going to get better. However, we won’t be staying here again.

Could only get 1 tv station. Front desk said thats the only station there is for last few weeks they cant get a service guy to come out. Tub is very thin feels like has a hole under the patch in tub. No breakfast even though advertised.

This is probably one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stated in my entire life. Tried to cancel the reservation after 15 minutes of booking it, and was told there are no refunds. No one from customer service has ever contacted me. The overall experience was horrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Advertise breakfast included No breakfast was available They had coffee and that was it I was told at check in breakfast was from 630-930 am & at 8am when I went down to the lobby I was informed they only had coffee. I paid the extra $12 for this room for the breakfast. I'm pregnant and really that was important to me.
