The first room we had checked into was an amazing view great room location however the AC broke and stopped working shortly after we arrived. The front desk immediately moved us rooms on the same floor, however that room was not in the best shape and there’s no curtains over the side window, so it was very bright in the morning being right above the lights for the entrance outside. The next morning we had asked if we could get the first room back once the AC has been fixed and Brandi said that room was not available. However, she had four other rooms that we could pick from and she took the time to show us each room and let us pick which one would work for our stay and we enjoyed the last four days of our stay with no complaints. The pool areas are very neat and kept clean. The staff was great. The location was great. We will definitely be back to visit. Big thank you to Brandi for going above and beyond For us!

Stayed at Beach Club Beautiful, clean. Here are the downsides however 1-low water pressure at times 2- WiFi weakness that affects TV, 3- no microwaves on site for tenants and 4- outdated coffee maker on the Beach Club side. The resort staff was amazing especially Palima. She is awesome!!!!

We greatly enjoyed our week stay at Harborside. We especially enjoyed the view of the harbor, the boardwalk and the several large container ships that pass by every day. We toured the USS Yorktown carrier and Fort Sumter. Both tours originate within a five minute walk of the hotel. We are definitely planning on returning.
