Customer service was excellent from checking in to checking out. Location was within 2 miles of the outlets. Overall the outside, lobby, eating area seemed very clean and without litter or trash visible. It was not noisy, but I did hear some loud music from somewhere else for only a few minutes. Room was neat and tidy, air conditioner and ceiling fan worked; however there was a very high feeling of humidity in the room. Sleeping on the bed was uncomfortable due to the dampness of the linens. Towels we used did not dry completely overnite thus they were still damp from previous use when we used them the next morning. One of the curtains was broken so it could not close completely and due to the location of our room windows facing the bright light, it was hard to sleep with the bright light shining into the room.

Acceptable for a quick stay
This hotel desperately needs a remodel. It was significantly cheaper for a reason. The surrounding area was nice and very safe but a good distance from the beaches. The room was clean and I saw staff cleaning the common areas. Breakfast included cereals, toast, bagels, waffle maker, juice, and coffee. If you are looking for a safe place to spend a night, this hotel does the job. Don't expect the hotel to be nice though.

Low cost and an OK experience
Inexpensive. But you can tell the property is showing a lot of signs of where. They make a point to tell you that anything outside they’re not responsible for which gave me an insecure feeling. I’ve never seen so many cameras in a hotel which also makes me wonder I would stay there again because of the price but not because of the amenities or the condition you get what you pay for I guess.

Good choice for Sawgrass shoppers
I “worked” two days in shopping in sawgras. I Only slept in the hotel whose beds are comfortable, the bathroom is quite comfortable and the rooms are quite spacious The proximity to sawgrass makes this hotel a good choice for a two days sawgrass shopping visit. To conclude I would say that it is a very good value hotel choice to recommend

Our stay was amazing had to change room due to ac problem, but our front desk clerk helped us out so quick tumbs up for Rafael, he was so attend to us the whole stay, nice continental breakfast, everybody was super nice.

Review of hotel stay
I guess I got what I paid for, based on the other hotel prices in the area. The hotel clearly needs rennovations, which I tried to overlook. What I could not overlook was the dirty air conditioning vent in the bathroom which needed cleaning...even basic cleaning would have helped. The breakfast offered was disappointing, there was no variations or a single piece of fruit for three days! On the up side, the staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy, as I was able to complete most of the process online.
