This hotel is great, friendly staff, nice rooms and amenities. It's within walking distance of two restaurants so you don't have to fight the traffic to get a good meal.

Very disappointed
I contacted them to let them know I was not going to be there the first night as I had to work late. They marked me as a no show then when I got there the next day. My room door didn’t shut automatically, it hit the door frame so you had to push it shut. My floor was not vacuumed as there were wrappers under the table and junk on the floor. Then in the morning the front staff was eating the breakfast that was put out for guests. At least if you’re going to eat, go in the back away from guests.

The door top hinge is not installed properly 801 & the needs slammed in order to be closed. The pool enclosure leaks from the ceiling at 2 separate points (raining outside but ceiling panel removed, so, it's a known problem) into the pool water. Skimmer door missing.

Mediocre at best definitely cleanliness needs impr
The room was insufficiently clean debris on the floor. The showerhead gray film on the white base toilet paper roll holder was broken off the wall. Food was cold in the morning, which was at seven 730 was when I was eating coffee was not great overall the room definitely needed a lot more cleanliness. I did talk to the front desk. They did offer another cleaning, but I was already checked in already driven several hours to get there, but it should’ve definitely been cleaner than it was and the food there’s no excuse for cold potatoes in the morning.
