I reservation without a “real room” or without key
I ended up not staying. After checking in to the last room available the key wasn’t working so we were “kicked out “ to find another place to stay at 1am. It was the worse experience in the last 20 years.

Ok hotel in a convenient location.
The moment I walked into the lobby, I was assaulted by marijuana smoke. Hugely offensive. I waited a few minutes for the receptionists to arrange an Uber for someone sitting there. Check-in itself was fine. The room was fine. Nothing fancy, but affordable. Just don't plan to hang out in the lobby unless you want a contact high.

Needs some flooring issues fixed
The staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean and quiet. The room, however, was interesting. The floor into the 3rd floor room had ripples under the carpet, to the point that it was not pleasant walking on. Not sure if this was a building settling issue or something else, but a bit concerning. Also the bathroom vanity was pretty dinged up and a lot of grout was missing in between the floor tiles. Besides that, the bed was comfortable and everything appeared to work.

Not sure I will return
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Shuttle service from the airport was POOR as we waited in freezing weather for an hour and the van could take all the people waiting. Shuttle service from the hotel was on time, but again the driver was not informed of a large group with lots of ski gear. We were told that a bag breakfast snack would be available for our 5am pick-up, but it was not provided.

Disappointed customer.
The hotel employee that checked me in on Wednesday (2-19-2025 & checked me out on Sunday (2-23-2025) was extremely rude.When I arrived on Wednesday, I had trouble locking my hotel room door.I called down to the front desk & the employee was very rude & condescending when I explained what was going on with my hotel lock.Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt & was told I can’t print out a receipt for you.
