Lovely view from the balcony, unfortunately you are unable to go out onto the balcony due to only being able to open the door about 4 inches as there are security straps on them.

Lovely staff from the moment we checked in. Helped with a heating issue we had very quickly. Breakfast staff were also very polite and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay with everything on the doorstep and would definitely stay again 😊 thank you!

This hotel is extremely tired and dated and in dire need of a refurb. Furniture is worn and shabby in all 3 bedroom we had booked. Woodwork chipped and shabby. Chipped enamel on the bath and worst of all 2 out 3 toilets didn’t flush properly .Tired and worn furniture in the dining room, and picture windows that were filthy The breakfast was OK The hotel is utterly surrounded by major roadworks which means major stouts to get anywhere Never again with Holiday Inn very much sub standard
