Good except check in desk.
Very enjoyable stay.. valet , breakfast, rooms were great! Check in clerk behind desk was ride and uncooperative when I asked questions.. I was shocked how belligerent she was .. i was not in any way impressed with her customer service skills.. I was close to telling her off. I was being very polite but she was extremely rude and nasty for no reason. Again, high marks for everything else.

Beds and pillows are soooo comfortable! My husband has several appointments with Cleveland Clinic. It is so easy to get there from the hotel. It is also close to Euclid Ave., where there is plenty of restaurants to eat at. Close to Gurardians stadium, Cavaliers stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and more.

Was just ok.
Check in took 30 min because one computer was down? No shampoo —didn’t discover until I was already in the shower. Breakfast 1st am was fine. Second was dirty. No orange juice. Potatoes were raw. Location was within walking distance to the convention center. Snow removal was non existent in front of the hotel(but everywhere in downtown really). Would stay here again but bring all your own amenities because I wouldn’t count on the hotel having what they say they do.

First time to Cleveland
The room and bathroom were very clean. Very quiet building, even though our room was directly across from the elevator and around the corner from the ice. We didn't hear anything in our 12th floor room. Nice view of the neighborhood and lake. Easy walking to Terminal Tower/ Public square (which has a walkway to Progressive Field), the Convention center, the Rock and Roll, the Browns, and the lake. The breakfast was very good in the hotel and the food of the city was easy to get to-- walking and pick up by car. The parking garage around the corner from the hotel was $27 over night and was highly lit--with the Federal Reserve guards present all the time. One guard even told me a little history of the buildings. My first and hopefully not my last trip to Cleveland.

Nice hotel
The hotel was very nice. Beds are comfy..Room was clean..We used valet ( first time ever) and the arm broke and would not let cars out of lot.. We had multiple Drs appointments scheduled and we were late for every one of them. I know it's not their fault, but definitely put me off using valet service, especially when it cost $50 ( which was refunded)

Hotel was average nothing fancy. Did not appreciate hotels.com not revealing that you had to pay $48 a day for valet and valet is your only option at this hotel. They also only offered a few items in their little store and it was highway robbery. Cost $17 for one soda a small bag of nuts and a tiny burrito

Solid downtown Cleveland hotel
Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable and in-line with the standard you expect of a Hilton-owned hotel. I did not get a chance to do breakfast since I was on a business trip, so can't review that, but the free coffee and tea in the lounge was nice. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and pretty big too. The hotel is in the downtown area... I wouldn't say it's not safe, but like any American city when you're downtown, don't be stupid when you walk around. I can't speak to the parking since I uber'ed but there was a large garage nearby. I was able to easily walk to some of the sites like the Rock and Roll HOF when I had a small amount of free time.
